Yeah.. we're confusing things here. Google allows you to build your own RSS feeds using shared items. That's syndication of content..
OPML Is not for syndicating content. It's for sharing organized lists of content sources.
Google Reader exports your feed list.. the list of RSS feeds as OPML.
Feed items(articles, blog posts) = RSS
Sorted or unsorted list of of feeds(feed URLs, not individual items) = OPML

It's hierarchical. It's for organizing lists of things . Directories, playlists, feed lists, etc.

Check out before changes
Heavy artifacting at the corners and in the header stripes. The main body is fairly clean looking because it's only a few px tall, but it still comes off looking rather uneven.
Pixelated the header to drop the color count and make it look a little more 'digital' Brought the PNG file size down from 90KB to about 7KB. Original JPEG was 27KB
